Pi Platform is a LifeTech app from India that brings learning of every kind, jobs in India and abroad, mentors and communities into one place. It is built by Paradox Evolutions Private Limited in Kochi, Kerala.
What can I learn on Pi Platform?
Anything that helps you build a life and a living: skilling and trades, farming and agriculture, foundational learning, languages, competitive exam preparation, diplomas, professional courses and degree programmes from partner institutions. Courses can be online or offline.
Is Pi Platform only for job-oriented courses?
No. Pi Platform has no fixed syllabus. Institutes, independent faculties and mentors can offer any kind of learning, and new categories appear as partners join.
Can I find jobs abroad on Pi Platform?
Yes. The Jobs tab has both domestic and international openings. International roles are posted by recruiting agents. Always check that an overseas recruiter is registered before you pay anyone.
Can I teach on Pi Platform without an institute?
Yes. Independent faculties can publish and sell their own courses. Mentors can be booked through Pi Connect.

Privacy Policy

Effective 13 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Pi Platform collects, why, and the choices you have. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Who we are

Pi Platform (piplatform.in, the Pi Platform app and Pi Jobs) is operated by Paradox Evolutions Private Limited, Kochi, Kerala, India ("we", "us"). We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

  • When you sign up on the website: your name, mobile number, city or district, the type of user you are, your answers to the short questions in the sign-up form, your consent choices and the time you gave them.
  • If you are under 18: your parent or guardian's name and mobile number.
  • When you use the app: profile details you add (education, skills, experience, documents you upload), courses you buy or join, jobs you apply for, messages in communities and support requests.
  • Payments: purchase history and transaction references. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner; we do not store them.
  • Automatically: the page you came from, campaign tags in links (such as utm_source), device and browser type, and basic usage analytics.

3. Why we use it

  • To create and run your account and show you courses, jobs and people relevant to you.
  • To share your profile with an institute, faculty, mentor, employer or recruiting agent when you choose to enrol, apply or book.
  • To contact you about your account, enquiries and applications.
  • To send course, job and offer updates by WhatsApp, SMS or email, only if you opted in.
  • To keep the platform safe: preventing fraud, fake listings and misuse.
  • To improve Pi Platform using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
  • To meet legal obligations.

4. Consent and how to withdraw it

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@piplatform.org or calling +91 77360 27736. To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to any message or tell us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before it, and we may need to close your account if we can no longer process the data needed to run it.

5. Children

Users under 18 can register only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. We do not track, profile or send targeted advertising to children, and their contact details are never used for marketing.

6. Who we share data with

  • Partners you choose: the institute, faculty, mentor, employer or recruiting agent you enrol with, apply to or book.
  • Service providers who help us run Pi Platform, such as cloud hosting, data storage (including Google Workspace), SMS and messaging, payments and analytics. They act on our instructions.
  • Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Where and how long we keep it

Data is stored on secure cloud servers, some of which may be outside India, with providers bound to protect it. We keep your data while your account is active and for up to 3 years after your last activity, unless the law requires longer. Website enquiries that never become an account are deleted within 2 years.

8. Security

We limit access to people who need it, use encrypted connections and protected accounts, and review access regularly. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

9. Your rights

  • Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with.
  • Correct, complete, update or erase your data.
  • Withdraw consent.
  • Raise a grievance and get a response within 30 days.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to.

Write to support@piplatform.org with the subject "Data request". If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Cookies and analytics

The website stores small settings in your browser, such as the user type you picked, so it does not ask again. We use analytics to count visits and sign-ups. You can clear these from your browser settings at any time.

Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use piplatform.in, the Pi Platform app or Pi Jobs. By signing up or using them, you agree to these terms.

1. About Pi Platform

Pi Platform is operated by Paradox Evolutions Private Limited, Kochi, Kerala, India. It is a marketplace that connects learners and job seekers with institutes, faculties, mentors, employers and recruiting agents ("partners").

We are not the employer for jobs listed on Pi Platform, and we do not teach partner courses. Partners are responsible for their listings, courses, hiring decisions and conduct.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, or have consent from a parent or guardian. Job applications are open only to people 18 and older. Partners must be legally able to offer what they list.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login and OTPs private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone.

4. Courses

  • Each course is offered by the institute or faculty named on it. They set its content, schedule, fee and certificate.
  • The course page shows the price before you pay. Refunds follow the refund terms shown on the course page; if none are shown, contact support within 7 days of purchase.
  • A certificate from a partner is issued by that partner. It is not a government licence unless the course page says it is and names the issuing authority.

5. Jobs

  • Registering and applying for jobs on Pi Platform is free for candidates.
  • We do not guarantee interviews, selection, salary or any job. Hiring decisions belong to the employer.
  • Employers and agents must post only real, lawful vacancies with accurate pay, location and conditions.
  • Employers and agents must not charge candidates for applying, interviews or offer letters. Overseas recruitment must follow the Emigration Act, 1983, and agents must hold a valid Recruiting Agent licence.
  • Read our Job safety page before accepting any offer.

6. Priority Career Mentorship and other paid services

Paid services from Pi Platform are sold only through our official app and website, with an invoice. Priority Career Mentorship includes a career roadmap, mentoring, interview preparation and profile matching for up to one year and up to five interviews. It is support to improve your chances; it is not a guarantee of a job.

7. What you must not do

  • Post false, misleading or illegal content, or fake jobs or courses.
  • Ask users for money, documents or personal details outside the platform's normal process.
  • Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
  • Copy, scrape or resell Pi Platform data or content.
  • Upload viruses or try to break or misuse the platform.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

8. Content and intellectual property

Pi Platform, Pi Jobs, the Pi Panda character, our logos and website content belong to Paradox Evolutions Private Limited. Partners keep ownership of their course content and give us permission to display and deliver it on Pi Platform. You keep ownership of what you upload and give us permission to use it to run the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Pi Platform is provided "as is". We work to keep listings accurate but cannot verify every detail a partner gives. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for acts of partners or other users. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

10. Grievances

Report a problem, a listing or a user to support@piplatform.org or +91 77360 27736. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Pi Platform after a change means you accept it.

Stay safe

Job safety

Job fraud targets people who need work most. Read these points before you pay anyone, share documents or travel for a job.

Pi Platform never charges candidates to apply for a job, attend an interview or get an offer letter. Anyone asking for money for these in Pi Platform's name is not us.

Warning signs of a fake job

  • They ask for a "registration fee", "security deposit", "training fee" or "visa processing fee" before you are selected.
  • You get an offer without a proper interview, or the pay is far above normal for the role.
  • They contact you only on WhatsApp or Telegram, from a personal number, and avoid video calls or an office address.
  • They pressure you to decide or pay today.
  • The offer letter has spelling mistakes, no company address or a free email address (Gmail, Yahoo) instead of a company domain.
  • They ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, bank password or ATM card.

Jobs abroad: extra care

  • Only use a recruiting agent registered with the Ministry of External Affairs. Check the agent's licence number on the government's eMigrate portal (emigrate.gov.in).
  • Service charges a licensed agent can take are limited by law. Always get a receipt.
  • Never travel for work on a tourist or visit visa. You must have a proper work visa and, if your passport needs it, emigration clearance.
  • Get your employment contract before you travel, and read it: job title, salary, hours, accommodation and who pays for tickets.
  • Keep your passport with you. An employer should not keep it.
  • Share your employer's name, address and contact with your family before you go.

Protect your information

  • Never share an OTP with anyone, including people who say they are from Pi Platform.
  • Share Aadhaar, PAN or bank details only after you are selected, and only with the verified employer.
  • Our official contacts are listed below. We will never call from any other number asking for payment.

Paid services from Pi Platform

Pi Platform's own paid services, such as Priority Career Mentorship, are optional, are sold only through our official app and website, and always come with an invoice. They improve your chances but never guarantee a job.

If something feels wrong

  • Stop. Do not pay or share anything more.
  • Report the listing or person to us using the contacts below. We investigate and remove fraudulent listings.
  • For online fraud or money lost, call the National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 or report at cybercrime.gov.in.
  • For problems with an overseas recruiter or employer, file a complaint on the eMigrate portal, or on MADAD (madad.gov.in) if you are already abroad.
